What do I do if I was charged incorrectly?
When you create a Fetii account, update your payment method, or request a ride, you may see a pending transaction on your payment method. This isn't a charge, but a temporary authorization we use to verify your payment method. The authorization will never actually process but may show as "pending" on your bank statement. An authorization appears on your card or bank statement and your card issuer will typically remove it within 5-7 business days.

How do I cancel a ride?
If you no longer need a ride, feel free to cancel it. To cancel a ride, tap 'Edit ride' in the bottom left corner of the app. This will take you to a menu where you can then tap 'Cancel ride.' To compensate your driver for their time and gas, we'll apply a cancellation fee or penalty for specific rides.

Why was I charged a damage/cleaning fee?
If you or a member of your group causes physical or cosmetic damage to the interior or exterior of our vehicle, we'll assess a damage fee and charge your default payment method. View the Terms of Service to learn more.

Request a Ride

How do I request a ride?
To request a Fetii ride, download the Fetii app and create an account: DOWNLOAD FETII RIDE

  • Open the Fetii app
  • Tap 'search destination' and enter your destination. You can enter an address or search for a location.
  • Select your ride options.
  • Tap 'Select' to request a ride. That’s it!

How do I get picked up?
After you've requested a ride and a driver has accepted, you'll see the driver's name and the estimated time of arrival. While you're waiting, you can add or remove passaenger. This automatically loads your drop-off location into the driver's app when the ride starts.

After the Ride

What if I or another passenger forgot someting on the bus?
Keep in mind that we’re unable to guarantee items will be found or delivered immediately. Per Fetii's Terms of Service , we do not procure insurance for, nor are we responsible for, personal belongings left in the vehicle. For this reason, we’re unable to provide refunds for rides or reimbursement for the value of lost items.

Can I tip the driver?
100% of tips go to drivers. After a ride, you can choose to tip your driver with cash or through the Fetii app . Tips added in the app are charged to the card on file.
